This impressive four-storey facility is built for the future, featuring state-of-the-art spaces for engineering and design, robotics, VR, lecture theatres, classrooms, and dedicated makerspaces.

Lee Group was engaged early on to carry out critical works, including the redirection of existing submains to make way for the new build — setting the foundation for everything that followed.

This project marks a step up for our team, pushing into the next level and delivering with precision from the ground up.

Big thanks to our subcontractors who helped bring it all together:
AJ Technology services for security, access, and CCTV, and the Firecom team for the dry fire.

We are very proud to showcase this project Lee group completed earlier this year

This project was dream working along side the team with great results and enjoyable work environment whilst keeping everyone safe onsite.

The newly constructed multi-level social housing development for is now home to over 20 families in the Toowoomba community.

Lee group was engaged to deliver the electrical, NBN pathways, solar, subcontracting the security, CCTV and access to our friends and the communications to .

Our teams efforts have not gone unnoticed with high quality installation in a timely manner, smashing all expectations out of the water.
