✅ Learning From the Ground Up ✅

At Swift, we love creating opportunities for our office team to get out on site and understand what really goes into delivering a project.

Taleah our electrical project administrator recently spent time at St Francis Catholic College, Westbrook learning about our job stages, conduit installation, changing trench levels and the importance of getting locations right the first time.

It’s a great reminder that what looks like a simple conduit can involve a lot of planning, coordination and forward thinking.

Giving our office team that hands-on understanding helps bridge the gap between site and office, creating better communication and ensuring our tradies and project team are working from the same page.

Because when we understand what each other does, we deliver better together.

Swift Social Club featuring Brisbane Lions vs GC Suns 🦁☀️

The team headed down to Brisbane for our latest Swift Social Club event, making a weekend of it and staying in the city with an awesome view at the Gabba for some AFL fun. 🏉

With the spirits high, we wrapped up the weekend at Felons Barrel Hall for dinner, drinks and plenty of laughs. It was a great chance for the team to connect, celebrate, and enjoy some well-deserved downtime.

At Swift, we believe in working hard and enjoying the journey along the way. That’s why our team members get to enjoy fully funded social club events and experiences throughout the year. 🎉

🏆 On site at Queensland's 2026 Best Bakery – The Baker's Duck 2.0! ☕🥐

We're proud to be partnering with Bryant Building Contractors to deliver the electrical and communications package for the next chapter of a local business that has become a favourite destination for so many in our community.

Progress is tracking well, with switchboards now being installed, preparations underway for the installation of the feature lighting and the arrival of the commercial kitchen equipment scheduled for installation.
