Due to an increase in our work load we are looking for a Qualified Tradesmen and a 3rd/ 4th year Apprentice.

Justin Richardson Constructions is a locally owned, family run construction company who specialize in the restoration, renovation and extensions of existing homes. We also construct custom built architecturally designed homes throughout Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.

Successful applicants should; display an attention to detail, take pride in delivering projects with the highest quality, have their own tools and vehicle (preferred), willingness to learn and compliment our company values.

We have had our day made as we have just received the first photos from our project up in Gympie.

We could not be happier with the final result. This beautiful old girl now has a new lease on life. I’d personally like to thank the owners for giving us the opportunity to bring her back to life. Without their vision history like this may have been lost. We will have internal photos to follow.

We are on the home stretch at Gympie and today was a milestone installing the original led light side lights. We couldn’t be more impressed.

We love this part of our job as we have turned lines on a piece of paper into this master piece. This was custom built for some good friends of ours and we couldn’t be more happy for them. We were privileged to bring their vision into reality.

All in a days work!!!!

Take a look at our Gympie project. With help from the boys at GMC roofing we guttered, insulated, sheeted and installed a skylight in the roof of the extension.

We are on track for lock up and installation of the shipping container pool in a few weeks time. Keep your eyes peeled as we get to the finishing stages.

The boys put in a big one today as we set the extension out. To give you an idea of what they achieved the sub floor is 3.8m above the ground level.

You may have a noticed we haven’t been really active on socials recently. Here’s why.

We have the Kearney Spring new build nearing lock up and the Centenary Heights extension is almost complete.

Stay tuned as our massive job in Gympie is scheduled to kick into full swing in the coming weeks.

The Geham pool house is now complete and we couldn’t be any happier with the final result.

The perfect Christmas present for the owners. What better way to spend Christmas, then around the pool with plenty of food and drinks.

As the year is quickly drawing to a close we have a lot of exciting projects getting out of the ground and can’t wait to share these with you in the new year.

We would like to quickly take this opportunity to thank all our clients, trades and suppliers for their support throughout the year and look forward to a prosperous 2022. We will be closed from the 22/12/2021 and open 10/1/2022.

We absolutely love these brick stairs we have just installed at Geham. Yes!! This is the same place we are currently completing the pool and pool house.
