It doesn’t take long to realise your hot water isn’t running as it should be 🧖‍♀️❄️

In this case, the old system had started leaking and wasn’t performing properly, so it was time for an upgrade 🚿

Eli was on this one replacing the old unit with a new 250L Rinnai hot water system, with our electricians stepping in at the end to complete the electrical side of the installation.

A nice little team effort between trades to get everything replaced, connected, tested and back up and running properly 🏃‍♂️

It's not finished until it's been tested ⚡

The fit-off stage is where everything starts coming together, but our job doesn't stop once the lights and fans are installed. Before handover, every circuit, fitting and system is tested to make sure everything is working exactly as it should.

This one wasn’t just a blockage 🌊

Zara and Luke used our Jetta to clear the build-up of debris from this stormwater drain. Once the line was clear, they sent the camera through and found the real cause of the issue: a broken pipe with concrete protruding into it.

It’s always important to get to the root of the problem, and having the right equipment helps us diagnose it properly before recommending the next step 🛠️
