We provide electrical work, data, solar and air conditioning services to our customers. We pride ourselves in getting the job done right. Our goal is to consistently deliver an electrical service to our customers that meets their expectations. We are looking for an experienced Electrician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure.

Your job will involve installing electrical wiring and data cables, troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts, installing solar and installing and repairing air conditioners, providing electrical solutions to our customers. We are open to someone looking to do a dual trade as a refrigeration mechanic/ electrician.

Requirements and skills
*Proven experience as an electrician, ideally be experienced in different kinds of electrical systems and devices
*Be a responsible individual with attention to detail
*Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire st*****rs, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
*Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
*Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability, being able to assess what is needed and follow through to complete jobs, in a safe and timely manner
*Being able to work autonomously and also be a team player on the bigger jobs
*Flexibility to work long shifts if needed
*Valid qualifications and license to practice profession
*Valid driver's licence
Pay rate is negotiable, based on the skill level of the applicant. Immediate start for the right applicant.

Do you know if your switchboard is up to date? Here are 4 things to consider when it comes to your switchboard:

💥 Appliances are short-circuiting 💥
Older switchboards can short-circuit or 'trip' when overloaded,
the majority of older switchboards are not designed to handle the high-wattage loads of today's homes.

💥 Flickering lights 💥
Flickering lights can be caused by loose wiring in old or damaged switchboards. If you have a continuously flickering light it is worth checking with us to ensure it isn't something that escalates to a house fire.

💥 Overcrowded appearance 💥
If your switchboard's wiring looks overcrowded, don't take any chances with the fire safety of your home.

💥 Rewireable fuses 💥
If you have an old house and your switchboard has rewireable fuses instead of circuit breakers, these fuses constitute a significant safety hazard as they contain copper fuse wires.
