Re-roofs & new builds
Commercial & Industrial
Repairs & leak detection
Flashings, fascia, gutters & downpipes

Safe work practices, we don’t cut corners.

White Card & Working at Heights ticket required

We are looking for Roof Labourers to join our small team.
We take pride in delivering high-quality roofing solutions with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Due to increasing demand, we are looking for motivated Roof Labourers to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Roof Labourer, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of roofs. You will work closely with experienced roofers and tradespeople, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in installing, repairing, and replacing roofing materials (metal sheets, insulation, etc.).
• Load and unload roofing materials and transport them to the worksite.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and secure roofing materials.
• Set up and dismantle scaffolding and ladders as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, including the disposal of waste materials.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE and fall protection equipment.
• Work as part of a team to complete roofing projects efficiently and to high standards.
• Perform general labouring duties to support roofers and tradespeople.

Requirements:
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) – Mandatory for working on construction sites.
• Work at Heights Certificate – Required or willingness to obtain before starting.
• Physically fit – Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Driver’s License & Reliable Transport –
• Experience in Roofing or Construction – Advantageous but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Basic Hand & Power Tool Knowledge – Ability to use tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to Work at Heights – Comfortable working on rooftops and scaffolding.
• Team Player – Willingness to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring work is done safely and to a high standard.

Casual with potential part time/full time for right candidate.
