That terrifying period between running out of HRT and getting a new script. A day. Sometimes 2. And if like the week I have just endured. There is a special kind of hell for that time.

It’s a high risk time. A time of reflection. A time of great patience and calm. A time of silence. A time of hating almost every breathing thing on the planet.

Symptoms may include:
Spontaneous rage over absolutely nothing.
Crying because my banana wasn’t ripe enough
Forgetting what I’m about to say. 17 times a day.
Being simultaneously freezing cold and hotter than the surface of the sun.
Taking personal offence to the way someone breathes.
Just to name a few.

If this happens to one of your loved ones. DO NOT do the listed things below

Leave dishes in the sink
Chew loudly. Especially not this. This will cause you to be stabbed
Say the words “relax” 😳
Or just look at them.

Thank the lord for science. And the amazing doctors who made this stuff. I salute you. Our foremothers are looking down in awe and amazement of how far we have come. If only this was around back In the day. Pretty sure women were locked up and had their brains zapped cause they were deemed going crazy. I can assure you it does feel like you going crazy at times.
