Latest information from ERGON regarding flood affected areas. Please get any water affected item checked.


There will be instances where a customer’s premise will require electrical repairs prior to reconnection to the mains supply network. These customers must engage a licensed electrical contractor if their home or business premises’ wiring, switchboard or mains connection has been damaged or inundated by flooding, to ensure it is electrically safe. The licensed Electrical Contractor will complete and submit a “EWR" to Ergon Energy in order to reconnect the premise/customer to the Ergon Energy supply network;
