CLR Electrical & Refrigeration is looking for , motivated and customer-focused Administration Team Member to join our growing team.
We have part-time or full-time opportunities available with hours to be confirmed as will be based on the successful applicant and business needs.
What we need is a person that can work in a team environment , respectful to our clients and demands and be able to answer a phone and work with emails.
What You’ll Be Doing:
📞 Answering phones and assisting customers
📅 Scheduling jobs and coordinating technicians
📧 Managing emails and customer enquiries
📋 General administration and office duties
💻 Learning and using our job management software and systems
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Friendly and professional phone manner
✅ Must be comfortable using a phone – this role involves talking with customers throughout the day
✅ Willingness and ability to learn our job management platform and office systems
✅ Strong customer service skills
✅ Positive “can-do” attitude
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Great organisational and communication skills
✅ Team player who isn’t afraid to jump in and help
What You Don’t Need:
❌ Accounting qualifications
❌ A company vehicle (none included with this role)
