Why modular is the future of building! From a vacant lot to a 3-bed, 2-bath modular home on a sloping block—all in just two weeks of on-site work!
It was an intense fortnight: physically tough, mentally stressful, and there were a couple of moments where it nearly broke us. But the whole team pushed through and got the job done. The result speaks for itself.
This build definitely came with its challenges—from digging out unexpected “boulders” to navigating what might be the tightest road in Airlie Beach with an oversize semitrailer… not once, but three times!
A massive thanks to the owners for trusting us with this project. We hope you absolutely love it!

Our premium single module site office with added off grid solar system. 8.8kw of panels covering the roof with 19.2kw of battery! This will run the whole building easily! Add Starlink and you could have this connected off the grid anywhere!

What is Modular Housing?
Modular housing involves building sections (modules) off-site in a factory, then transporting and assembling them on-site. It’s faster, often more affordable, and more sustainable than traditional builds. These homes follow the same regulations and standards as conventional Class 1a buildings—engineered, cyclone-rated, energy-efficient, livable housing design standards and fully NCC compliant. In fact, modular homes are often even stronger, as they’re built to withstand transport! Built locally in Townsville with local trades and suppliers!

Important: Don’t confuse modular homes with dongas or cheap, non-compliant folding imports—they’re not the same. Let’s change the misconception around modular homes
