WE'RE HIRING – PROJECT PLUMBER & PROJECT ROOFER
Full-Time Positions | Townsville, QLD
Due to continued growth and an increasing pipeline of commercial and residential projects, 1touch Plumbing is seeking a Project Plumber and a Project Roofer to join our team.

Position 1: Project Plumber
About the Role
As a Project Plumber, you'll work on a variety of commercial and residential construction projects, completing installations to a high standard while working alongside builders, contractors, and other trades.
Responsibilities
Rough-ins and fit-offs
Drainage and sewer installations
Stormwater installations
Water service installations
Reading and interpreting plans
Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades
Ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently
Maintaining quality workmanship and site presentation
Requirements
✔ Qualified Plumber
✔ Current QLD Plumbing Licence
✔ Current Driver's Licence
✔ White Card
✔ Ability to read plans and specifications
✔ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team
Highly Regarded
Gas Licence
Excavator experience
Commercial construction experience
Leadership experience
Position 2: Project Roofer
About the Role
As a Project Roofer, you'll be involved in roofing installations across residential and commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
Installation of metal roofing systems
Roof sheeting and wall cladding
Gutter and downpipe installations
Flashing fabrication and installation
Roof safety compliance
Reading plans and specifications
Working efficiently to project schedules
Requirements
✔ Previous roofing experience
✔ Current Driver's Licence
✔ White Card
✔ Working at Heights Certification
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to work safely and efficiently
✔ Positive attitude and team mindset
Highly Regarded
Roof Plumbing Qualification
EWP Licence
Commercial roofing experience
Leadership or leading hand experience
