Congratulations to Mitchell & Emma on signing their building agreement last Friday with our Sales Manager Doug!
Doug has spent time across multiple meetings listening carefully to what was important to both and helping bring their ideas to life. The result is a truly personalised home that reflects exactly what they wanted.
They also met with Renée Case to work through some pre-contract colour selections (we can’t wait to see the Bronze tapware!)
They have been an absolute pleasure to work, and while there were certain areas of the home where they had different ideas and preferences, they always gave each other the time, patience, and flexibility to work through the options together. It has been fantastic to see them compromise, collaborate and make decisions as a couple to create a home they will both love.
The result is a gorgeous custom Capri that is truly their dream home, and we can’t wait to see it come to life!
