〰️ Renovation plans shift. Unlike a new build where you start from scratch, you’re working with what’s already there, and that means more problem-solving along the way.
〰️ Quoting takes time, and that’s intentional. We’re not slow, we’re thorough. The more we work through upfront, the smoother the job runs.
〰️ DIY might seem like a cost-saver. But the gap in finish quality and the risk of getting it wrong usually costs more to fix than starting with a builder would have.
〰️ A quiet site isn’t a stalled site. Trades work in sequence, and sometimes you wait on one so the next phase can happen properly.
And if you’re thinking about taking on a renovation with zero experience, we’d gently talk you out of it. We’ve seen enough to know it rarely ends well.
That’s just our mid week thoughts, sparked by a few recent questions. We always like being up front so ask away!
Two new projects starting in the next couple of weeks and another renovation not far off finishing. Give us a call!
