It’s been a busy week at TEM!

Along with the long-awaited opening of the North Beach Pump Track, we’re also proud to celebrate two significant milestones within the TEM team.

Wes Blackford – 15 Years at TEM

Over that time, Wes has been an integral part of TEM’s journey and growth, building a wealth of experience and playing a key role in delivering many significant infrastructure projects across North Queensland.

His proven track record in leading and managing projects from commencement through to practical completion, combined with his knowledge, experience and commitment to the job, has made him a highly valued member of our team.

“Digger” Dave Walduck – 50th Birthday

We also had the opportunity to celebrate another great milestone, with Dave Walduck turning the big 5-0! 🎉

Dave is a senior and highly respected member of TEM who goes about his work with a no-fuss attitude and leads by example. He consistently gets the job done without seeking recognition, and his reliability, experience and dedication have made him a valued part of the TEM team over many years.

It’s been a great week to celebrate the achievements of our team and recognise two long-standing members of TEM for their contributions over the years.

Congratulations Wes on an outstanding 15 years with TEM, and Happy 50th Dave! 👏🎉

North Beach Pump Track – NOW OPEN! 🚲

We are excited to announce that the new North Beach Pump Track and park is open to the public!

With a project value of over $650,000, the new facility is a significant investment in recreational infrastructure for the local community.

Following practical completion and final preparations, the facility is now ready for the community to get out there and enjoy.

A big thank you to everyone who respected the site signage and fencing while the facility was under construction. Your patience and cooperation is greatly appreciated.

We would also like to once again thank everyone involved in delivering this great new community facility.

The wait is over – get out there and enjoy Townsville’s best pump track, built by one of Australia’s leading pump track builders, Contour Works! 🚲🤘

💜 Today we celebrate an extra special milestone

For the past four decades Teri has been the heart behind Townsville Earthmoving.

She has built more than a successful construction company - she has built strong relationships, earned the trust of her clients and a workplace that feels like a family.

She has created this through her generosity, determination, and genuine care for others.

Her dad would be proud of her - just as we all are.

Congratulations on an amazing 40 years! 💜

Today we’re proud to recognise an incredible milestone – 15 years of service from Jack Greene.

“Greeny” joined TEM straight out of high school and, through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, has grown into one of our most valued team leaders. From his early days on the ground to his current role as a Site Foreman.

His experience, knowledge, and positive influence have earned him the respect of both his teammates and our clients, and he plays a vital role in mentoring the next generation of our workforce.

It’s fair to say that Jack has become part of the furniture around here, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Thank you Greeny for your loyalty, hard work, and outstanding contribution over the past 15 years. We’re grateful to have you leading our team…
