GOOD MORNING TOWNSVILLE AND HELLO TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
morning run at Mt Louisa track done 4ks 34min, not my fastest by about 2 minutes but it is dark and running by torchlight slows up the pace a little (my record time was a couple of years ago so considering I am knocking on the door of 59 (next week I will be 59) I don't think I'm doing to bad
I anyone has a quicker Mt Louisa 4k (up the stairs stack direction) I would like to know, start / finish point is halfway down the carpark ( there is a IN painted on the gutter)
Have fun, although not recommended in the dark unless you know the track

looks like we might be getting a bit of a storm here at Carnarvon gorge this morning, there's a lot of thunder in the hills around here atm but very peaceful and the sounds of nature is very relaxing ( actually too relaxing lol) sitting here watching kangaroos and listening to the birds as the day wakes up and people are starting their Christmas morning

Super proud of my wife as she graduated 1 of her degrees today and gave the student address in front of over 2500 people, she did extremely well
