Here's what we've been up to over the last few weeks. New deck and patio close in. A huge thank you always to Sharpie and the crew from Professional Excavations Townsville for the drilling of the pier holes and site clean, Albi from Felcon concrete pumping, the guys from KJ Steel Pty Ltd and Big River Group were all our building materials come from.

We first met Naomi in 2021, 5 years later we got the call to re look at her plans of swapping over the bedroom with the kitchen. A huge thank you to Naomi & Ahad for their patience, first day in on the demo and I blew my good knee out. A couple weeks rest then back into it, now it's all up to Naomi to install their Ikea kitchen.

Helping out these owner builders by making a couple of new holes in their South Townsville cottage, and filling them in with a new set of French doors and a strut servery window. Thanks to Phil & Nic for your patience and including us in your home renos.

Next stage completed at our new house build. Huge thanks to Roy and his crew from Pumping Bricks, Raven and Hannekah for setting out the bond beam, and the art work, Raven and the crew from Felcon concrete pumping for getting the block fill done.

Back in 2024 we started off on this journey with a young couple to build their first new home. Now in April 2026 we've kicked it off, a huge thank you to Professional Excavations Townsville, and all the guys from Hilditch Plumbing, Kolby Electrical, BAC Concrete Pumping, JJM Pest Management, BRS Concreting and KJ Steel Pty Ltd.

Have been a bit slack on the post this year, but we have been plodding away.
Here are the finish photos of the final stage of reno's we have been lucky enough to have been part of for this grand old Queenslander out at Bluewater. All up to the painter now, we have been out of there for a little while now, and knowing the painter it's probably nearly finished. we hope to get back out to get finish finished photos once it's all done. A huge thank you to Jason & Budd for having us back each time to help in transforming their house into their dream home.
