💡 A little planning now makes a big difference to everyday living.

Construction Manager Darren and Kel the sparky have been walking through our new display home, working through the electrical details, from lighting to power point placement.

It’s all part of thinking about how each space will actually be used and of course all part of the build experience for our wonderful clients ✅

🌴 **A LITTLE CALI IS COMING TO TOWNSVILLE…**

Meet one of our brand new display homes, bringing a relaxed **California-inspired feel** to North Queensland. ☀️🏡

But this one isn't just about a beautiful facade.

Inside, we've packed in the spaces families actually want:

🛏️ **4 bedrooms**
💻 **Fully enclosed study**
🍴 **Galley-style kitchen** designed to keep the working side of the kitchen tucked away
🛋️ Generous open-plan living
✨ And plenty more we're not revealing just yet…

Warm, relaxed and contemporary, this home has been designed around the way we actually live in Townsville.

And trust us, there are some VERY good details still to come. 👀

THE DREAM ISN’T GONE 🏡

Today’s Townsville Bulletin talks about the challenges younger Australians are facing when it comes to getting into their first home, and there’s one statistic that really stood out to us:

78% say buying a home is a rite of passage younger Australians should still be able to achieve, and we agree!

Yes, the market has changed.
Yes, affordability matters more than ever.
And yes, buying your first home can feel incredibly confusing when you’re trying to understand land, finance, deposits, grants, repayments and what you can actually afford to build.

That’s exactly why we’ve launched our First Home Buyer Series.
It isn’t about stripping everything out of a home just to advertise the lowest possible price.

It’s about creating smart, practical homes designed around what first home buyers actually need, while keeping the quality and inclusions we believe a new Ellis home should have.

And just as importantly, our team can help you understand the whole picture:
🔑 Where to start
🔑 What land can work with what design
🔑 How the finance process works
🔑 What government assistance may be available
🔑 What you actually get for your money
🔑 And how to plan now, even if you’re not ready to build tomorrow

Your first home might be closer than you think.

We’ve already started revealing our new First Home Buyer designs, and there’s plenty more coming.

👇 Comment “FIRST HOME” and our team can reach out with more information on the new series.
