Our plumbers know their way around a toolbox, but we need someone who can keep the office running smoothly, the customers happy and the schedules under control.

📞 What will you actually be doing?
You'll be the friendly voice our customers hear and the organised person keeping everything ticking along behind the scenes.
Your day might include:
Answering calls and helping customers
Booking and scheduling plumbing jobs
Invoicing and processing rebate applications
Following up with clients and suppliers
Helping keep our social media active
Keeping the office organised and the team on track
Some days will be busy, some days will throw you a curveball, and that's all part of the fun!
🌟 Who are we looking for?
We're not looking for someone with a fancy résumé or a list of impressive job titles.
We're looking for the right person.
Someone who:
⭐ Takes initiative and doesn't need to be told every little thing.
⭐ Can juggle a few things at once without losing their cool.
⭐ Is friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people.
⭐ Takes pride in getting the details right.
⭐ Can have a laugh, take feedback and be part of a team.
⭐ Is reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
You'll need to be confident answering phones, comfortable using Microsoft Office, familiar with social media and have a sound knowledge of Traralgon and the surrounding areas.
Worked in a trade business before? Brilliant!
Haven't? That's OK too.
Trade administration experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter more to us.

Location: Our office in Traralgon (100% office-based)
Hours: Flexible school hours or full-time considered
Weekends: None!
