A nice little transformation completed this week.

We replaced this old gravel area with fresh Tall Fescue turf and added stepping pavers to create a much cleaner, more practical side access.

What a difference it makes. The space is now tidier, easier to maintain, and much more enjoyable to use.

Love projects like these where the impact is instant.

Shout out to McCoy’s Excavations for removing the old material and grinding out the stump. 👌

Day 35 Update 🌱

Just 35 days ago this area was completely renovated, sprayed out, scarified, cored and overseeded with a quality sports perennial ryegrass.

Late autumn renovations often get overlooked, but with the right preparation and conditions, establishment can still be exceptional.

✅ Killed off unwanted grass
✅ Scarified for seed-to-soil contact
✅ Core aerated to relieve compaction
✅ Overseeded with perennial ryegrass

Pretty happy with how this one has come up after only 35 days.
