Job Title: Civil Labourer — Sunshine Coast (Immediate Start)

About Us:
Local civil contractor delivering earthworks, drainage, footpaths and site prep across the Sunshine Coast. We value safety, reliability and a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual tasks: digging, shovelling, raking, spreading aggregate; assisting with concrete works
Support plant operators (loaders, excavators, rollers) and trades
Load/unload materials, set up traffic cones/barriers as directed
Clean and maintain tools, equipment and site areas
Follow site safety procedures and supervisor directions
Skills & Requirements:

Previous labouring or construction experience
White Card (CPCCWHS1001) required
Current QLD Driver’s Licence preferred
Physically fit; able to lift heavy loads
Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, safety-focused
Right to work in Australia
Desirable:

Traffic control or plant tickets, HR/TL licence or willingness to obtain
Hours & Pay:

Full-time, Monday–Friday (early starts, occasional overtime)
$30–$40 per hour depending on experience
Work across Sunshine Coast (travel between sites; travel allowance may apply)
