About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated First-Year Metal Roofer and/or Skilled Labourer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in the roofing industry and build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of metal roofing systems.
• Prepare materials and tools for roofing projects.
• Assist skilled roofers in carrying out roofing tasks including cutting, bending, and securing roofing materials.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Help with site clean-up and general labouring tasks as needed.
Skills and Experience:
• First-Year Metal Roofer: No prior roofing experience required, but a keen interest in learning and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Skilled Labourer: Experience in construction, roofing, or other trade-based roles preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Strong physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of roofing work.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
• White Card (Construction Induction) is an advantage.
