Had couple of Eagles pay us visit this week awesome sight they perched for good time then flew down and landed in gum trees above site and did a few lap cruising around don’t no what Tasnetworks would have done if set up nest

We have been busy!
Stage 1 Cameray Street Hotmix going down.
Some statistics:
Stormwater - 290meters 600dia, 370m 525dia, 54m 450 dia, 167m 300dia.
Some of the steepest grades we have laid, one section over 25%on one line.
Sewer - 895 m 150 dia following same path.
Big thanks to the boys, we must like walking up hills.
Stage one has come up a treat, majority of blocks sold. Starting stage 2 where blocks have already sold as well, great views.

New subdivision at 72 A Hillcrest. Roadways laying down Hotmix, also new street name ‘Aikman Place’. Great job to all involved! Stage 2 almost completed a good Christmas present for new land owners 🌲 A big difference from when construction commenced
