A look at some of the fencing we completed at Brunswick Heads.

This fencing was just one part of a bigger project that included construction of new safari tents, landscaping, gardens, carparks and refurbishing the communal building.

Leaning walls belong in Italy, not your backyard!

If your retaining wall has started leaning, don't ignore it. It usually won't fix itself, and the longer you leave it, the more expensive it can become.

Here are 3 common reasons your retaining wall could be leaning:

Poor drainage: Water building up behind the wall creates pressure that can push it forward.

Age and wear: Like anything outdoors, retaining walls can deteriorate over time due to weather, ground movement and general wear.

Poor construction: Missing drainage, inadequate footings or the wrong materials can all lead to premature failure.

Whether your retaining wall needs repairing, reinforcing or replacing, Preston Building can assess the problem and recommend the best long-term solution.

If your wall's looking a little worse for wear, get in touch for a chat before a small lean turns into a big problem. Call us on 1300 506 622!
