Breakfast at UVG doesn’t believe in boring. 🍳🥞

Whether you’re a sweet, savoury, crispy, cheesy or “a little bit of everything” kind of person, there’s plenty here to make getting out of bed worthwhile. 😍

A proper start to the day, made with plenty of care by our kitchen team. 💚

🥢 This dinner spread understood the assignment.

Fresh, colourful, packed with variety and absolutely no shortage of flavour. From sizzling favourites and beautifully cooked proteins to vibrant veggies and all the good stuff in between, the UVG kitchen has certainly delivered with this one. 😍

Another seriously impressive spread from our kitchen team! 💚

🍽️ Dinner at Ulan Village Green, where variety is always on the menu.

There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing the kitchen pass looking like this. Freshly prepared, full of colour and plenty of choice after a long day at work.

Our kitchen team continues to put an incredible amount of care into every service, and these photos speak for themselves. 💚

Good food. Plenty of choice. Made for hardworking appetites.

Apparently “continental breakfast” was an option.

We chose this instead. 😌🍳

Because when your guests have a full day ahead, breakfast should be worth getting out of bed for.

🥞 Okay, but can we talk about those pancakes?! 😍

Breakfast at Ulan Village Green clearly did not come to play! From a seriously impressive spread of hot favourites to croissants, eggs and all the good stuff, there are plenty of ways to start the day right.

But those fluffy pancakes stacked high with banana, blueberries, maple syrup and a dusting of icing sugar deserve their own moment. 🤤🥞🫐

If this doesn’t make you hungry, we’re not sure what will!

🏆💚 SEPTEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: VAN! 💚🏆

A very well-deserved congratulations to Van, our September Employee of the Month! 👏

Van is one of those people who quietly gets in, works incredibly hard and consistently puts so much care and pride into everything he does. His positive attitude, reliability and willingness to help wherever needed make such a difference, and we are incredibly lucky to have him as part of the Ulan Village Green team.

Whether he’s creating something amazing in the kitchen, helping his teammates or simply bringing his friendly attitude to work, Van continues to go above and beyond. 🌟

Van, thank you for everything you do and for the effort you put in every single day. This recognition is so well deserved, and we hope you know just how appreciated you are! 💚

Congratulations, Van! 🥳👏

We’d like to formally apologise to anyone whose expectations of “camp food” have now been permanently ruined. 😌🍽️

We’ll try to be less impressive next time.

No promises.

🍓 Caught in the act! 👨‍🍳🍰

A little behind-the-scenes look at Van putting the finishing touches on these seriously impressive strawberry cakes!

There’s something special about seeing the care and effort that goes into the food before it reaches the dining room. From the piping to the final strawberry on top, it’s all in the details. 🍓✨

Another beautiful creation from the Ulan Village Green kitchen!
