The “lack of” waterproofing work completed by a well-known local painting company has proven to be severely inadequate, leading to significant consequences for the building and its tenants. Within just 12 months, the lack of proper waterproofing resulted in widespread mould growth throughout the entire structure. This not only poses serious health risks to the occupants but also necessitated their relocation, causing disruption and distress.
