RMD Plasterboard contracting

Here we are applying 2 layers of 6.5mm flexi board to achieve a smooth curved wall with 13mm plasterboard from the butt joint to the internal corner.

A level 5 finish is where the entire surface of plasterboard is set and then sanded by hand using lights. This is done to hide the set joints from any side light shining in, typically done on high end homes.

This was definitely pushing the limits! Never have i seen this many curves in my life. The first batch of board was faulty and kept on snapping on the tighter curves. came to the rescue and replaced the faulty board so we could complete the project.
