Naylor Civil provides services throughout the Cape and North Queensland regions. Naylor Civil has grown from humble beginnings, which have united to create an organisation capable of delivering successful projects through multiple capabilities. With decades of combined experience within the civil construction industries, Naylor Civil is adequately equipped to consistently deliver projects on budget and on time. Access to equipment and machinery is readily available thanks to the large network of alliances that Naylor Civil has established with suppliers and subcontractors throughout the region over the years. With safety and quality management a key focus you can be assured that Naylor Civil will deliver a final product that satisfies all contractual requirements. Naylor Civil is an Indigenous owned business and Indigenous employer across civil earthworks, construction and facilities maintenance services throughout North Queensland. Naylor Civil wishes to offer Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people the pathway to a career in the civil construction industry. We strive to offer Indigenous Australians a range of entry pathways into the civil construction industry and assist with career development opportunities for existing Indigenous employees. Naylor Civil hopes to inspire more indigenous people to have a go and create a story for themselves, one that will also inspire the communities they live in.

Stabilising the Daintree! 🌴Recently completed slope stabilisation works that Naylor Civil was a part of involved excavation to design depth along the river, with a shotcreted cut face to mitigate road collapse risk. Soil nails anchored the road into natural ground. After this part of the process shown, followed by micro piles and mass concrete blocks for added stability. Finished with no fines flowable fill and road base reinstatement. First pic is what we see, second pic is what you see from the car! 🤩

Last year we had a ripper of a job up in Bloomfield in Cape York with the team at GRC Civil!👷‍♂️ We tackled a slope remediation project which was quite simple but very effective - bulk excavation, rock fill wrapped in Geofabric layers up to subgrade level, and finished with pavement and bitumen. The real bonus? The views of the stunning Bloomfield River! 😍 Not to mention I got to squeeze in some fishing at lunch and even had a visit from a curious local croc 🐊 (see the last pic)! Massive shoutout to the team for their hard work on this one.

Back in the swing of things at Swanbank in SEQ! 🚧 Currently working on a new mulch recycling facility, and the earthworks stage is well underway. Bulk excavation is done, and we're now placing the 400mm piling pad in prep for the piling crew's arrival next week. Excited to see this project take shape! 💪
