✨ An Exciting New Chapter for All Suburbs Bitumen✨
After proudly owning and operating All Suburbs Bitumen since 1997, Husband and Wife team Ian and Jo Carter are thrilled to announce the sale of the business to their Daughter and Son-in-law, Gemma and Luke.
This is more than a change of ownership—it's the continuation of a family legacy.
Gemma's journey in the asphalt industry began at just 9 years old, learning to lay asphalt alongside her Dad. As a proud second-generation asphalter, she has spent the better part of the last 20 years working within the business, building lasting working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Luke brings eight years of experience in the asphalt industry, and fittingly, he and Gemma first met while working together at All Suburbs Bitumen, 17 years ago. Together, they are proud parents to their Daughter, Blake, and Son, Zeplin, and are excited to carry the family business into its next chapter.
While ownership will officially change on 1st October 2026, the values that have built All Suburbs Bitumen over nearly three decades remain the same. Gemma and Luke are committed to providing the same reliable service, quality workmanship, and strong relationships that our clients have come to know and expect.
Ian and Jo would like to truly thank all of their loyal clients, suppliers, colleagues, and friends for their support over the past 29 years. They know the business is in capable hands and are incredibly proud to see it continue as a family-owned business.
