🏡 Dulwich Luxury Home ✨

We loved working with our clients to create this light-filled, single-storey home as they downsized from their family home.

From demolition and landscaping to the finishing touches, we managed the full design-and-construct process in collaboration with Girardi Design, making sure every detail reflected their style and needs.

Some of our favourite features? Honed travertine tiling throughout, glass blocks, 2Pac shaker-style joinery, and the striking skillion roof in the main living area.

It’s a home that’s modern, welcoming, and truly feels like theirs! 💛

We loved working with our wonderful clients, Steve & Rachael, to transform their home. Together with Mavtect Designs we kept the Georgian Revival façade just as they loved it, while creating a bright, modern extension at the rear that’s all about family living and connection.

Seeing this home come to life, blending its history with a fresh new chapter, was incredibly rewarding — and the best part was handing it back to clients who are genuinely thrilled with the result.
