Gotta beat those politicians!
Hi Tipsters!
Congratulations to our very own Production Manager for The Sentinel, Sharon King for topping Round 2 with 7/8 and jumping to top of the ladder with 12 points! Not far behind is Blake from James Giles Plumbing Pty Ltd, Peter from Pristine Concrete and Troy from Quality Motor Works on 11 points.
There was a huge upset on Thursday night with the Parramatta Eels beating the Brisbane Broncos – Sharon and Michael from Bountiful Wealth were the only ones in the whole comp to get it right. There were incredible scenes in the Sydney Roosters vs South Sydney Rabbitohs game when the crowd flooded onto the field to celebrate Alex Johnston’s try-scoring record. More amazing scenes at Leichhardt Oval as a packed crowd on the hill watched the Wests Tigers steamroll the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys. The Storm and Panthers are off to a strong start, while Eagles and the Titans are floundering at the bottom of the ladder.
What will happen this weekend? Especially in the blockbuster grand final re-match on Friday night between the Storm and Broncos.
Round 3 kicks off with the Raiders chasing their first win of the season against a rested Bulldogs side coming off the bye, so let’s see how our Tipsters do next week – can our pollies pickup their game?
