Community Amenities Update
The construction of the clubhouse and outdoor facilities are almost complete.
North Construction & Building and Webber Architects have done an excellent job pulling it all together.
We anticipate all facilities to be fully operational by the end of June and available for residents to enjoy the luxury resort style amenities and idyllic surrounds.

New ambulance station in Coffs Harbour now complete. Nice little one came up a treat. On to the next one with Pattersons building group.

Looking for a suitably qualified plumber to join our team.
Works are around Coffs coast although there is some travel at times.
Wage of $37-$40per hour full time plus late model work vehicle. (For all personal use to) for right person
Must be able to work alone or in a crew. Be able to order gear, read plans and look after day to day site requirements.
