We love it when a plan comes together and works perfectly to our clients expectations.
Half of this retaining was installed prior to house construction for block filling, then the other half was installed just before handover for a smooth settlement.
Our clients knew exactly what they wanted and we offered our advice on how to bring it all together by designing the retaining walls around their needs. With a carport and garage on the upper level we incorporated a functional stair kit from the undercover parking & centred it perfectly to the main entrance, this allowed for level parking with minimal exposure to the elements on a daily basis. The rest of the retaining wall design allows maximum use of this sloping block and adds significant value to the property. It will also provide many decades of service with the use of quality Australian products.
The design, engineering & council approvals were taken care of by Evans Earthworks & Landscape Solutions. The plans were tight, however in the end everything came together perfectly 👌

We recently enjoyed a couple of sunny days performing some cross country earthworks at Evans Earthworks & Landscape Solutions Currency Creek horse trials formerly known as Canoe Tree Horse Trials it gives us great pleasure to improve the cross country course for many experienced and upcoming eventers as it’s something I had a lot of fun doing many moons ago.
Among other things, We pulled apart and enlarged the original water jump which required 95 tons of soil removal, a new liner and 73 tons of quarry sand which Goolwa Quarries kindly transported to site free of charge- absolute legends.
We hope all of the competitors, spectators & committee enjoy the event on the weekend of July 20. Get around this and make it a day to remember. Cheers 🍻
