From starting out as an electrician to leading Monadelphous’ first Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, Jamie’s career has been built on hands‑on experience, strong teams and a love for fast‑paced delivery.

Now working across major BESS projects, Jamie is supporting a shift towards electrification by bringing planning, people and delivery together every day.

With experience across Australia and overseas, Jamie thrives in complex environments where collaboration and safety are key.

As he puts it: “There’s nothing better than delivering a project safely and handing it over knowing the whole team played a part.”

We’re excited to introduce not one, but two 250-tonne plug-in hybrid cranes - the first of their kind to operate in Australia - to our Heavy Lift fleet.

Our investment in innovative technology enables safer, more efficient and lower-emissions operations, without compromising capability in remote environments.

The cranes were officially unveiled at our Bibra Lake facility alongside our teams, partners and customers.

We’re excited to see them in action - lifting smarter, working cleaner, and building what’s next.

We’re proud to give back to those who give so much.

Through our Community Grants Program, we were honoured to help bring Marine Rescue Port Hedland volunteers and their families together for a well‑deserved end‑of‑year celebration.

In 2025 alone, MRPH responded to 84 deployments, a powerful reminder of the commitment behind every emergency response. Behind each rescue is a dedicated team of volunteers, along with the families who support them every step of the way.

We’re proud to play a small part in recognising the people who help keep our coastline safe and our community strong.

Some specialise in shutdowns or wiring new infrastructure from the ground up.

Others keep critical live plants running safely.

So… which electrician are you? ⚡

We're proud of the work underway across our teams and look forward to building on it in the years ahead.

This past week, 27 May to 3 June, we were proud to go “All In” for National Reconciliation Week, with our teams across the country coming together to listen, learn, reflect and connect.

This year’s theme, “All In,” was brought to life through meaningful moments across our operations, from attending the National Reconciliation Breakfast, and Aboriginal-led tours at WA Museum Boola Bardip, to seeing our Reconciliation WA sponsored banner fly in Perth’s city centre, employee morning teas and collaborative artworks on sites, as well as sharing Indigenous book libraries with our teams.

These experiences show what reconciliation looks like in practice at Monadelphous - strengthening cultural capability, creating opportunities, and building lasting partnerships with Indigenous communities and businesses.

🎉 Nearly 100 participants joined this year’s Group Mentoring Program - a fantastic milestone.👏

By connecting mentors and mentees across the business, the program sparked meaningful conversations, fresh ideas, and ongoing development. Our team members gained new perspectives, expanded their networks, and strengthened relationships across our businesses.

This is a great effort by everyone involved, and we’re excited to see these connections continue to grow.
