Hi everyone, as we head into our first wet season as a gardening business, we ask that you have some patience with us.
We will book your jobs on days requested but please be aware that if the rain is too heavy, we cant spray weeds or are unable to finish a job on the day, that we will arrange a time as soon as possible to complete the job.
I will continue to send out invoices either at the beginning of the week or the morning of the job as I know some customers prefer to have them prior to pay cash or transfer as soon as the job is done. If your job is delayed by the weather, the invoice waits until the job is done. Please also be aware that unless arranged prior, that all invoices are due within 48 hours of the jobs completion. If you have a preference of day to pay, please let us know as we understand that jobs cant always be done on the day you prefer to pay.
If anything unforeseen happens such as Covid, injury etc.. and we can't finish a job then a second invoice will be sent stating that it is no longer required to be paid.
