We are offering the successful candidate a challenging but rewarding role in a small team environment. The job is fast paced and would be suitable for someone willing to learn new skills and bring their own knowledge to the table. You will gain great experience with the opportunity to work alongside an experience Manager with a wealth of knowledge and a veteran of the industry.

About the role:
• Perform routine maintenance of machines
• Fault find
• Repair faults
• Ensure all maintenance is carried out in accordance with machine manufacturers specifications
• Maintain adequate spare parts as required and inform management of any shortfall

The following skills and attributes are highly desired:
• Trade qualified Fitter and Turner OR Diesel Fitter OR Boiler Maker desirable
• Have excellent problem-solving skills
• Be experienced in fault find and repair of plant equipment
• Experience in hydraulics is an advantage
• Forklift ticket
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Standard 40 hour week plus OT if required

A competitive remuneration package based on experience will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

We are currently seeking a proactive, hardworking individual to join our team at Concrete Pumping Sales & Equipment. A fast paced, small team environment on Brisbane’s north side servicing the concrete pumping industry. The available position is for a permanent fulltime employee with a Monday-Friday roster, standard 38-hour week. Free parking available onsite.
This role would be suited to someone with customer service experience and a willingness to learn new skills and adapt on the go.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Customer service & sales
• Data entry
• Freight coordination including picking and packing
• General office administration tasks
• General warehousing duties
• Receipting deliveries
• Stock monitoring and re-ordering
• Transport; collecting goods and delivering to customers
Key requirements:
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
• Positive and willing attitude
• Strong focus on workplace health and safety
• Current drivers’ licence
• Office suite experience
• MYOB knowledge desirable
• Forklift ticket desirable

Role Responsibilities:
- General workshop duties
- Cleaning and maintaining order in workshop area
- Cleaning of pumps & machinery
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Follow directions of trade personal
- Develop knowledge of work procedures
- Develop knowledge of use and maintenance of workshop equipment
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
Must haves:
- Current drivers’ licence
- Previous mechanical experience, or other trade highly desirable
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Current forklift ticket or the ability to obtain one
- Be proactive with a strong work ethic and reliable
