🎣 Gone Fishin’! 🐟

Over two weekends and four fishing charters, the PattCon crew boarded the newly renovated Kickin On!

Of course, we couldn’t let a fishing trip go by without a little friendly competition! 🏆

🏆 Most Fish: Annalise, Matty, Peter & Dave R

🐟 Biggest Fish: Ethan, Sonia, Bec & Mitch

🥄 Wooden Spoon: Marti, Luca, Tilly & Kerry

🧹 Deckhand: Bec, John, Steve & Zac

Plenty of laughs, a bit of friendly rivalry and some great catches along the way!

All in all, four successful trips and a fantastic team bonding experience. 🎣👏

Proud to see our PattCon girls representing women in construction! 🧡👷‍♀️

We encourage other businesses in the industry to open their doors to young women eager to learn, grow and build a career in construction. Sometimes all it takes is someone willing to give them an opportunity. ✨🦺

The Northern Territory is outbuilding the rest of Australia on female construction workforce participation – but industry leaders say significant opportunity still remains untapped. DETAILS 👉 https://bit.ly/4dMGfI7

🎉 Congratulations on 10 Years, Kerry! 🎉

Yesterday we celebrated an incredible milestone—10 years with PattCon.

Kerry's journey has been one of growth, dedication and commitment. Starting as PattCon's very first Project Officer, she has grown alongside the company and now leads our Project Management Office as PMO Manager.
Over the past decade, Kerry has been instrumental in building the systems, processes and standards that help keep our projects running smoothly. Her knowledge, leadership and unwavering commitment have made a lasting impact on our team, our clients and the continued success of PattCon.

Thank you, Kerry, for your hard work, loyalty and the positive influence you've had over the last 10 years. We are incredibly proud to celebrate this milestone with you and can't wait to see what the future holds.

Here's to 10 amazing years—and many more to come! 🧡👏
