Another great day at Great Southern Kart Club , re-running the Glen Ward Memorial Day, thankfully the rain held out today and it was a solid day of racing.

We don’t like to toot our own horn….okay well the kids do…but not only do we cart dirt & grain, but we also cart cow chow 🐮😂

When the weather is iffy and we’ve parked the grader undercover for the impending downpour 🌧️ it’s time to jump in the truck and do a few loads of silage before we finish up for the weekend.

The grader is back in action for the year, with a variety of jobs waiting to be done, we started off with filling in old bulldozer drains.

Don’t forget, we also have a bobcat available for smaller ‘backyard’ jobs, as well as a side-tipper for any gravel, sand or blu-metal deliveries.

Yep, we know — how is it December already?! 🤯

It wouldn’t be harvest without last-minute parts runs to Perth and a few midnight repairs to keep the wheels turning.

Our truck and tippers have already made countless trips to and from CBH 🌾 — and there is plenty more on the horizon before Harvest ’25 wraps up.

Stay safe amongst the pre-Christmas chaos 🎁

This rider isn’t new to the grind. With a background in enduro, Jay brings raw strength and calculated racecraft to the hardpack battlefield of Northam.

Do your cropping paddocks have speed humps? Maybe they’ve got pot holes so big you could park your chaser bin in them?
Or, like our most recent job, theres a dam catchment that hasn’t worked in decades and is taking up perfectly good cropping land.

This catchment was roughly 50mx150m, its now been ripped, filled in and leveled out, ready for seeding 2026 (we know, the timing made us laugh too but we’re a one man operation so we can’t get every job done in time).

Fantastic day on the new track at Albany Motorsport Park with Blake placing 2nd and Jay 3rd in the ATV class.
The guys had a great day at the track with some great battles throughout their rounds.
