With the river still rising and the unknown of how long it will hang around for or when power may be reconnected, we managed to get our hands on a few generators to help people out.

The yellow one is a 60kva three phase Perkins diesel generator on a registered trailer.

We have 2x black ones which are 9kva single phase petrol with a 32A outlet and digital display.

We can also install generator changeover switches on your switchboards to allow generator back up when you do lose power.

Thanks to everyone for your support throughout a challenging 2022! We’ve finally made it through and we’re optimistic that 2023 will be better for everyone. The next few weeks will be challenging with the peak due to hit but the clean up/aftermath will be just as hard. Enjoy the next couple of days with loved ones and enjoy the special moments because they are few and far between. We will be around over the break in case things don’t go to plan. We hope this flood just passes by with minimal devastation, but we are here to help if we’re not so lucky. In the short term, enjoy some beautiful food, amazing company and tip a few in. Give your loved ones a big hug and don’t take anything for granted ❤️

Out with the old and in with the new!

A recent solar job completed in the Barossa on a bakery/cafe. We removed the existing 3 solar systems from the roof consisting of 108 panels and 3 inverters. The old panels were only 6 years old and already starting to fail. With the increase in output in the new panels, the customer gained about 13kw of solar on the roof.
The new system consists of 2 inverters and 116 panels which totals 38kw and we have export limited to 15kw. Being a bakery/cafe, the customer has massive power consumption due to baking on site therefore installing such a big system was beneficial to minimise large power bills.
This was the biggest and most complex system we have undertaken as the panels were on 8 different roof surfaces!
