Residential electrical is the niche I chose to specialise in because I love connecting with people. Having a yarn and getting to know you. Chatting about what you’re wanting to achieve in your home, and making that dream happen. My amazing wife (along with myself) value quality communication, organisation and transparency. She is the perfect fit to join me in managing office work and scheduling (a

nd occasionally on the tools). :)
I care about upgrading your home to be safe, convenient and practical, as well as bloody good looking! Attention to detail is something that I value highly. Things like matching the series of light switches and power points so they match the rest of your home, and making sure the family can see each others faces around the dining table when installing nice pendant lighting in the dining room. These are the things that if it was my home, it’d make a BIG difference, and so I love making that big difference in your home! Strip lighting’s one of those small touches that makes a big difference.
Looks mint, lights up all the right spots. Shower niche, under the vanity, even that little foot nook.

UPDATE - Service M8

From this week, we have swapped our job management software to one that suits our business more and helps us communicate better with you guys! From this week, if you call us or are expecting communication from us, our caller ID or messages will come from "Service M8" (Unless you've previously saved our business number in your phone 0402 194 996). For text messages, it will provide a link that you can reply to us on. This means all of our communication (texts, calls, emails etc) saves to your client file on our end.

Other important benefits:
- You can now pay invoices online through Google or Apply Pay!
- We are less likely to miss calls, because when you call our work phone (0402 194 996), it will not only ring to Ally in the office, but also James' phone too!

We're aiming to all round be better! During this swap over period, if there's any glitches or feedback on anything, we'd take it on board and love to hear it!

😍 INTRODUCING...😍 our two new members of the Connect Residential Electrical team!!

🔵 Harry joined our team as a first year apprentice last month in February. He is a country boy from Deniliquin, a proper good bloke and has been such a great fit for Connect!
🔵 Our little mate Nate 👶🏼 joined our team on the 01/01/23 (New Years day!!). Although he's a fast learner, he might take a little longer to complete his apprenticeship 🤣
