When the lights go out, make sure you're ready with a generator changeover switch that keeps your home or business running smoothly. A generator changeover switch allows for the safe and efficient transfer of power from the main supply to your backup generator.

⚠️ Do you have a tradesperson coming to work in your roof space?

Starting 1 January 2025, new safety rules require your power to be turned off at the main switchboard(s) while a worker is in your roof space.

This means:
⚡ In most cases, workers are prohibited from entering roof spaces unless the power is turned off.
⚡ If YOU need to enter the roof space, make sure to turn off the power first at the main switchboard.

💡 Prepare ahead for a power outage:
• Charge your phones and devices.
• Minimise fridge/freezer use.
• Find temporary storage for frozen food.
• Use battery power for medical equipment, if needed.

Check out one of our projects from the end of 2024 - a quality built ground mounted solar system that's now up and running for our customer in Rocksberg, QLD. This system consists of the following materials:

1 x 15kw Fronius Symo inverter. Fronius Australia is known for it's reliability and efficiency, the Fronius inverter ensures that our customer is getting the most out of their solar energy, with cutting edge technology and excellent performance.

40 x 440w Trina panels. Trina solar panels are engineered for exceptional energy output, these high-performance panels excel in even the most challenging conditions.

Clenergy Solar Terrace II-A Racking is an innovative racking system that provides a strong, stable foundation for the panels, designed to withstand diverse weather conditions and maintain optimal positioning.

With a custom built cover for the inverter and sub board, this system was designed to meet our customer's requirements for maximum efficiency and aesthetics.

Want to save on your electricity bills? Consider switching to LED bulbs! They use up to 75% less energy than incandescent bulbs and last much longer.

Check out the lighting we installed in this new build.
We installed strip lighting under all kitchen and laundry cabinets, pendant lighting over the dining table and in the entryway, surface mounted light fittings for additional affect and we used downlights to fill in the spaces.
