Wallis Drilling HQ in Hazelmere successfully delivered and handed over for

The development consisted of the full electrical and communications infrastructure for 5x warehouses with hard stands, laydown areas and multi-storey offices.

With in-house value engineering, we were able to complete a full design optimisation to provide a $300,000.00 cost saving for the client.

Last month we celebrated the successful handover of the Edith Cowan University (ECU) Yanchep Health Centre, delivered in partnership with Renascent.
This two-level facility supports both the growing Yanchep community and ECU students, providing a modern, future-focused healthcare environment.
Our scope included:
• Construction of the new building
• Carpark and external lighting
• Microprocessor-controlled C-Bus / DALI lighting systems
• Energy-efficient installations
• Integrated monitored emergency lighting and communications systems linked back to ECU’s existing infrastructure
• Security, Access Control and CCTV
• EWIS Dry Fire System
• Data and Communications

We’re excited to share that Bayliss Electrical Group has been awarded the Design and Construct Electrical Services package for the new 4 storey Bunnings Warehouse development in Subiaco!

This is a major milestone for our team and a testament to the hard work, technical excellence, and client-first delivery that defines our business.

The new Bunnings Warehouse at Jolimont / Subiaco is set to be a standout project, totalling 4 storeys and delivering an upgrade to the area with expanded facilities that will serve the local community and tradies for years to come.

Proud to announce Bayliss Electrical Group has been awarded the full electrical design & construct package for the new EBOS Logistics Facility in Hazelmere, WA — the central hub for pharmaceutical distribution across the state.

After completing the base build electrical installation last year, our team has been re-engaged to deliver a fully redundant, mission critical system designed and engineered entirely in-house.

Featuring dual mains supplies, mirrored main switchboards, twin generators, UPS systems, energy monitoring, load management systems and fire-resistant reticulation, the system ensures no single point of failure, providing total reliability for critical healthcare operations.

A huge credit to our design and delivery team for another milestone project showcasing Bayliss Group’s commitment to quality, innovation, and high-reliability electrical systems.

🚧⚡ Big things happening these school holidays!

We’ve kicked off installation of this mega 3200A switchboard at a private Perth college. Sitting on a Burdens concrete pit, the setup allows easy cable access and makes room for future expansion of the school’s infrastructure.

To the right you can see the existing board we’re replacing – talk about an upgrade! 💪

Built for now, ready for tomorrow.

Team. Safety. Growth.

Today we brought most of the Bayliss Electrical Group team together at our warehouse for our monthly toolbox talk.

🔹 Special guest Byron from .wa showcased some of their latest products.
🔹 We spoke about teamwork, working towards a shared system, and how collective effort pushes us closer to Tier 1 projects.
🔹 Safety, leadership, and growth were at the centre of our conversations.
🔹 Finished off with a BBQ, burgers & sausages, and even a putting green + driving range set up in the warehouse for the crew.

It’s days like this that keep us sharp, connected, and focused on building better.
