Service Co-Ordinator

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll coordinate incoming service requests, schedule technicians, manage client communication and ensure accurate job documentation. You’ll help keep our workflow running smoothly and support the Service Manager with day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
• Schedule service jobs and allocate technicians efficiently
• Communicate with clients professionally and promptly
• Maintain service records and job information in our management system
• Coordinate materials and follow-up tasks
• Support service delivery and team organisation
What You Bring
• 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or coordination (preferably in trades/services)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Experience with job management software + MS Office
• A commitment to delivering great customer service
