Issues in this bathroom weren't particularly noticed from what it originally was. Photos show water leaving the shower area under the vynil which wasn't fixed to the floor properly allowing water to build up and start pushing it's way out. There's nothing wrong with using vynil but as you can see it didn't look the best once it was removed. Shower wall sheets were removed as wasn't fixed properly for the extra weight of the tiles and to check for moisture and/or damage to the walls but thankfully wasn't any issues. Floor ginded to remove dirt and existing vynil glue and resheeted, waterproofed and tiled, showerscreen and taps as the customer wanted were replaced.

Thanks to Pulvirenti Tiles for the materials required to get it back to Australian Standards, And thanks to Jack for the showerscreen supply and install.

Old tiles removed and concrete exposed to uncover some pretty serious cracks in the slab. Client decided to just paint it instead of tile it because I couldn't guarantee the new tiles wouldn't crack. So a relatively quick floor grind, cracks filled and painted.

2nd bathroom in this home I've completed. I thought the 1st one I did was tough; this one was a little bigger, similar white tiles but the floral tropical feature wall was definitely a good challenge! It's a unique setout this as this is technically the ensuite with a bath in the double shower which is a great idea if you have the space. I also did the laundry next to the bathroom
