This 1910's period style home received an modern upgraded kitchen , meals and sitting area with beautiful north facing sliding doors. Polished concrete floors by Aggenbach Floors and new Kitchen joinery by North East Kitchen Designs give these home owners a peaceful space added to their beautiful old home. The existing brick external wall now in the new sitting room ties the old in with the new. This new house build in Usshers Drive was a design and construct for clients who were after a low maintenance down sizer home with a classic design and finish. The large outdoor Entertainment area was an important feature within their design process and adds another liveable space for our clients to enjoy with their family

Offers the ultimate lifestyle experience with luxury finishes throughout. The raked ceiling in the massive kitchen/ living area gives a spacious feel with a wall of windows giving a beautiful view out onto the parkland at the rear of the property.

Cleal Constructions are absolutely thrilled to receive the following awards last Friday night at the HIA Northern awards in Albury. These awards were for the following projects that we have completed over the past 2 years
- Overall winner for Vernon Road Extension & Renovation over $500k with this project going on to the Victorian HIA awards in Melbourne later in the year
- Winner of Custom Built Home $750 -
$1 million for 123 Nankervis Lane Oxley
- Finalist for Custom built home for 62 Cambridge Drive in overall Custom home class $ 1 million to $ 1.5 million.

This is an amazing acknowledgment of our hard work and our great team of contractors and suppliers. There were some amazing homes and projects showcased on the night with the Northern Victoria projects covering Echuca , Bendigo and across to Wodonga so we are very honoured to receive these awards

Cleal Constructions are seeking an Administration Assistant for their busy office at Killawarra , 13km from Wangaratta. This position would be 2 - 3 days a week with the potential for more days - 8.30 am - 4.00 pm

The applicant must have the following skills -
- Have a current driver licence
- Experience with office activities such as printing , emailing , answering enquiries
- Must have experience working with MYOB accounting package - Payroll , reports etc
- Experience with WORD , EXCEL
- Experience in the building / construction industry would be beneficial but not essential
- General office duties would be assisting our office manager , preparing client information for projects , book keeping , data entry
- Days of work can be negotiated

1st Year Apprentice -
Our new apprentice must have the following attributes -
- Strong Maths and problem solving skills
- Great communications skills and friendly personality
- Be self motivated and enthusiastic
- Driver licence an advantage but not essential

Qualified Carpenter -
Our new qualified Carpenter must have the following attributes -
- Have completed Certificate 3 In Building & Construction
- Have a Construction OH S induction white card for Victoria
- Have a current drivers licence
- Work well in a team environment
- Can work unsupervised
- A positive attitude & great communication skills

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas from our crew at Cleal Constructions as we finish up for 2020.

Its been a such a huge year in so many ways but we have been so lucky to have been able to continue working through it all.
To our clients , we thank you for entrusting us to build your homes and undertake your renovations.
To our contractors and suppliers , thank you for your services during this year. We can not do what we do with out you all.
We have had some amazing projects this year and have some fantastic projects to kick 2021 off with.

Wishing you all a safe and happy Christmas break and we will rest up for a big 2021
