Our Bonnells Bay composite deck is finished!

We are now moving onto fencing, balustrade and finally getting the turf in to complete the job.

This is a newly released PVC composite decking - Evalast Pioneer Spotted Gum.

Composite decking allows us to do heat-fold corners and pocket-screwed mitres which will never fail, and create amazing steps.

Stay tuned for more photos of this 130m2 decking project over the coming week!

We’ve been working on this challenging sandstone log retaining wall for a few weeks now and finally got all of the blocks installed today.

We removed around 100T of soil and bush rock from the existing failed wall with minimal machine access around the building. We then installed a 100mm compacted footing and craned 74 x 600kg sandstone logs up 20m from the road.

The wind today made the block installation difficult, but the team from TAC’L cranes were a pleasure to deal with.

Now to back fill, construct the steps and install the picket fence, and we are done!

A master bedroom, ensuite (behind the bedhead) and built-in-robe created in an open space that previously had timber panelling, exposed rafters with masonite sheeting and zero insulation.

We have created a warm, cozy, and energy-efficient parents retreat by installing sub-floor, wall (including internal walls) and ceiling insulation, low-e glass sliding doors, square-set plasterboard and 19mm fibre cement floor sheeting under 600x600 tiles.

The lounge room we have created for our clients in Blackalls Park. Everything you see in the original photo was removed - floor, walls, ceiling, windows and doors.

We installed sub-floor, wall and ceiling insulation, 19mm fibre cement flooring, new walls and plastering to create a master bedroom on the other side of the wall, floor tiles, TV niche, lighting and kitchen.
