Just completed a job in the south east of Melbourne where the 3x1 Timbers we’re all rotten and needed replacement front and back. Scaffolding, cherry picker were used to complete the job. Water leaks found mould throughout cleaned and sealed. All
Timbers glued and silicone with fresh paint to the Timbers and stucco’s. Not a easy job to complete but we did it.Owners are very happy. Also thanks to Reanna and Bayer for their help.

Attended a job this morning for the clients wanting a new heating and cooling system saying it wasn’t working and had another builder quote saying it had blown up and too expensive to fix……
Well Not true…. Only the two main ducts had blown off to no maintenance on the connections… Fixed….
Very happy clients and they have saved $$12-18,000.
