What actually happens during a termite inspection? 🐜🏠

A termite inspection is much more than a quick look around the house. At Conquest Pest & Termite Control, all termite inspections are carried out in accordance with Australian Standards and are designed to give you a clear picture of any current termite activity, damage, or risk areas around your property.

During an inspection, we check:

✅ Inside the home or structure
✅ Outside the home or structure
✅ Roof voids, where accessible
✅ Yard and garden areas
✅ Tree stumps, timber, posts and external structures within 50 metres of the house or building

We also use professional inspection tools including a moisture meter, Termatrac, and a boroscope when required to help detect hidden moisture, movement, and risk areas that may not be visible to the eye.

At the end of the inspection, you receive a written report outlining findings, recommendations, and any areas that need attention.

How often should you book one?
For peace of mind, termite inspections should be carried out at least once every 12 months — and more often if your property is high-risk, has had previous termite activity, is near bushland, or has moisture issues.
