🚛 Meet Ryan (Big Rig) Nikolcic — Transport Manager . Ryan has been with us at CHC for 3 years.
😃 Favourite part of his job: The fact that no 2 days are even close to being the same, every day presents a whole new set of challenges.
✨ Ryan’s CHC journey:
“I joined the Hulls team following a 12-month sabbatical after serving as National General Manager for a large hire company
Returning to the transport industry was a very difficult decision, however returning in a hands-on operational role with Hulls was a rewarding decision, and CHC has reignited my passion for the industry ❤️
This year, I am very proud to be stepping into the role of Transport Manager for CHC. I look forward to leading the team and fulfilling my responsibilities to a high standard as I work to fill the very large shoes of my predecessor 👞
I am excited to continue learning, gaining a deeper understanding of the business, and playing a part in the next 60 years of CHC's success 🚀
My office currently displays one trophy that CHC has been awarded during my time with the company,
I hope to be a part of many more that we can proudly display”
🏆 Work accomplishment:
CHC was big part in transporting the majority of dump truck trays for BHP’s tray replacement program in the Pilbara, we had weekends where we departed Perth with 10 – 12 trays. Being on site with the operators before dawn co-ordinating 12 combinations, 6 wardens and 18 pilots to all depart in 20-minute intervals from Sunrise was a big job and I was very proud to see the last of the combination roll out the gate incident free 👏
👨🍳 Ryan wanted to be a chef when he grew up.
🥖 Ryans favourite food it Vietnamese Banh Mi.
✈️ Ryan has 2 travel highlights:
• Walk across Charles bridge and up the Old Cast Stairs to St. Vitus Cathedral (600 yrs to build) 🏰
• taking my girls to Neuschwanstein Castle (Real Life Disney’s Sleeping Beauty Castle) 👨👧👧🏰

📝Ryan’s bucket list is to climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge
☕️ Coffee inspires Ryan. It’s dependable, works under pressure, doesn’t talk back and somehow keeps everything moving
On a serious note, Honestly, I’m inspired by the people around me who manage to juggle priorities, deadlines, and the occasional chaos with a sense of humour still intact

“I am actually a very very girly dad – painted nails, Tay Tay Swift, Baking cookies anything the daughters want is most likely a “YES” ❤️
