You might have seen a new construction site on Queen Street in Warragul, which is turning into a new HQ for our District 9 management group.

It is great to see local construction groups like Herbel Constructions delivering this really important build.

Where possible construction needs to be as local as possible. Local suppliers, local employment.

I caught up with Leigh and the team to see the work being done, and to get an update on how the industry is dealing with the current set of challenges for labour and material supply.

Will keep you updated with how the build is progressing.

From concept to completion I am so very proud of this Bathroom and the team involved with all aspects of its creation.
The awards this Bathroom has notched up so far is simply amazing.
•Winner, New Bathroom over $30,000 for Eastern Victoria.
•Winner, Bathroom of the Year for Eastern Victoria.
•Winner, Bathroom of the year in the HIA State awards.

A massive congratulations to Herbel Constructions for taking out 2 awards including Victorian Bathroom of the Year at the weekends HIA housing awards.

Amazing effort for an amazing team well done!

HIA Eastern Victoria Regional Housing Awards, I can’t believe we ended up with both Bathroom & Kitchen of the year. I am very proud of this group and all involved with the project at 8 Ambrose Court Warragul. What a great result with credit going to Andrew Gallagher Cabinets, Design Unity & Martin J Scott for their attention to detail.
