Good Bones 💪🦴

🏡 We often come across some amazing homes with our clients, some have been in the family for decades and others have just been purchased but loved by their past owners.

🔨 Extending or renovating an existing home is a great way to add value and potentially reduce the construction cost.

🌿 Mid-Century Soul, Modern Ease
Low profiles, strong horizontal lines, and an absolute devotion to natural light. ☀️

This concept takes classic Mid-Century Modern principles—like clerestory windows, deep overhangs, and seamless indoor-outdoor connection—and gives them a crisp, modern edge. The dark brick grounds the design, while the floor-to-ceiling glass and private courtyard bring the outside in.

It’s simple, structural, and built for slow mornings and easy afternoons.

Farm Gates 🗝
A recent entry gate design created for one of our amazing new projects. This design ustilises a muted colour palette of feature bricks, render and steelwork. These materials are all integrated into the amazing home that lies beyond.

The driveway is bordered with flamed granite with a feature band at the threshold before transitioning into bitumen for the vast majority of the drive.
